Head of the University Jihad Organization expressed hope that with the number of languages covered by IQNA reaching 40 and with the honorary correspondents of the news agency in different parts of the world, relations with the Islamic world will grow.

Speaking to IQNA, Dr Mohammad Hossein Yadegari also said one of the means for more relations with the world is information dissemination websites.

He referred to IQNA’s activities as among the major ones in the University Jihad Organization, saying the number of the languages covered by the agency is rising from 37 to 40.

He expressed hope that IQNA’s activities would develop and improve further.

Dr Yadegari further referred to the achievements of the University Jihad Organization’s achievements in different cultural, scientific and technological fields and said there are plans for a strategic development in the organization in the coming 30 years.

He also touched on the plans of the Iranian Students Quranic Activities Organization, which is affiliated to the University Jihad, saying it is going to hold the Quran competition for the Muslim world’s students in Najaf in cooperation with the Iranian Consulate in the holy city.
